We have been chosen by The Center for the Development of the Leaders We Need, California School of Professional Psychology, Alliant University Int’l., to conduct research on the impact of Relationship Awareness on Sustainable Development in Organizational Systems. If leaders employ the tenets and tools of relationship awareness as a foundation for change initiatives will the change be more successful over the long term?
